  1. With all that flooding, luckily it was your last workday! 🙂

Ah! That answers my question on your previous blog ~ haha!
I hope you had a lovely lunch!
Nice bit of train spotting thrown in today then. It’s a tad damp around these parts too! The school fire alarm went off just to make things really ‘fun’ ~ and we had 200+ shivering coatless, soaked children stood in the middle of a muddy field in the poring rain, waiting to be allowed back into school! Heads will roll no doubt, when we find out why it went off! 🙂 Oh well ~ at least it was our last day too!

  3. What, no embarrassing photos from the office Christmas party? ;-). If you’d been at Swanwick later you might have bumped into Tim, that’s his work station. Dave came home from uni today, and had to get a replacement bus. Spot of rain, and it all goes to pot!

    • No, I kept my camera in my pocket, until we’d left the pub :). I never realised that Tim worked so close to Swanwick station, and I definitely would’ve been surprised if I had bumped into him there! Yes, I gather there were a lot of train services affected by the heavy rain in the south-west today. In fact, there were two quite stressed women at Swanwick station whilst I was there, trying to get (cancelled) trains to Gatwick Airport, for late afternoon flights :(.
