A photo (or three) a day for 2012.

Fareham West Street early morn, an ultra-radical shop, and a weary mannequin in Fawcett Road, Southsea…

West Street in Fareham, around ten to seven this morning…

Okay, I’m old enough to remember the years of both these iconic images…what about you? 😉

Late afternoon in Fawcett Road, Southsea…

Top pic looks very Autumnal and weather is very Autumnal too!
That chap at the bottom needs some clothes on 😉
I don’t recpgnise the iconic pics ~ bit before my time methinks! 😉

  2. Yes, I spent the day dodging showers (and at lunchtime, failing to dodge them!), and I guess it truly is autumn now. And I agree about the bloke on the wooden bench; not quite the weather for sitting around naked ;). Hmmm, a bit before your time…well, you don’t look a day over 35 ;). Anyway, the two years were 1977 and 1968 :).

I certainly remember the Sex Pistols, but I was only 4 in 1968, so that’s my excuse 🙂 Never mind clothes for the poor chap at the bottom, it looks like rats have been at his hands and feet!

  4. Haha…yes, he looks like he’s known better days ;). As for the Sex Pistols, I never bought any of their stuff, but I’ve always been quite fond of ‘Pretty Vacant’… funnily enough, I saw John Lydon (aka Jonny Rotten in the Sex Pistols) performing on ‘Later with Jools Holland’ last night…
