   What are those blue ones? I’ve never seen anything quite like them, they look like something from a sci-fi film.

   I know what you mean; they look very un-English, that’s for sure, and I’ve no idea what they are. They are actually in Titchfield Park Road, Titchfield, on a grassy verge alongside the pavement, rather than in a garden, but I guess they’ll remain a mystery, unless a passing pair of eyes here recognises them ;).
