Thank you :). I was taking the opportunity to try out the macro utility on the digital compact that I’m now using for this photo-blog, and May Day and flowers seemed a good combination :). Incidentally, today is Day 122 of this blog, and as 2012 is a Leap Year, that’s exactly one-third of the way through the year…if I’ve done my sums correctly ;).
Are you thoroughly enjoying do the pics, or do you sometimes wonder why you started it. 🙂
You and J are both doing very well! 🙂
The detail on these flowers is amazing. Your digital compact must be a very good one!
Haha, that’s a good question! I’m not sure I’d use the words ‘thoroughly enjoying’ to describe such a challenge; there are days (particularly working days in Hampshire!), when it’s not especially easy finding pictures that I’d want to upload to this blog, but, overall, I do enjoy seeking out new images, and I’m pretty sure that I shall be posting up my final three photos here on the 31st December, 2012 ;). The camera I’m now using, by the way, is a Sony Cybershot DSC-S930, about 10 mega-pixels, with a x3 zoom, which wasn’t especially expensive when I bought it about three years ago, and I’m pretty happy with its macro capabilities :).
Very beautiful! 🙂
